Is group therapy right for you?
Group therapy is for women ages 18+ who want to prioritize their mental health and improve their relationships (with themselves and with others).
If you’re having trouble understanding your emotions, regulating what you feel, or struggling with people-pleasing and anxiety, come join us to learn and grow alongside others. If you find yourself shutting down, overreacting, or constantly taking care of others, this space is for you. In this group, you will find a supportive environment to practice new skills, gain self-awareness, and connect with others who are also committed to growth and learning.
What do you do during sessions?
Each session is designed to help you build self-awareness, regulate emotions, and strengthen relationships in a supportive group setting.
Through lessons, guided discussions, and experiential exercises, you’ll practice real life skills like setting boundaries, managing triggers and practicing self-compassion so you can respond to life’s challenges in a way the aligns with who you aspire to be. Most importantly, you’ll connect with others who are on this journey too!
Group Size
To ensure a safe, supportive, and personal experience, group size is limited to no more than 8 women. This allows for deeper connections, meaningful discussions, and individualized support while still benefiting from the power of shared experiences. A smaller group means you’ll have the space to be heard, practice new skills, and receive guidance in an intimate, non-judgmental setting.
How Much Does It Cost?
Group therapy is an 8 week commitment, providing a structured and supportive space for lasting growth and change. Sessions are held weekly on Tuesdays from 9:30AM - 12:30PM, giving you the time and space to truly engage in the work. The cost is $100 per session, with payment due at the start of each session.
To maintain the safety and effectiveness of the group experience, participants are expected to commit to attending each session, as consistency fosters trust, connection, and deeper healing.
