My goal is to equip you with tools and resources for growth and then step back— My goal as a therapist is to work myself out of a job with each client. Group therapy is a small, confidential gathering where up to 8 participants meet regularly to learn, process, and support one another. The power of group work lies in knowing you are not alone, and I will ensure a safe, supportive space for all.
This group will use experiential methods such as art, movement, and role-playing to explore emotions, behaviors, and relationships. These techniques allow for deeper insight and the chance to practice new ways of engaging with yourself and others.
In this series, we’ll focus on emotional health, covering topics like boundaries, self-compassion, inner child work, grounding, and nervous system regulation.

This group is for women ages 18+ who would like to work on building awareness of their emotional wellbeing.
If you are having trouble navigating your emotions, regulating what you feel, struggle with people pleasing or anxiety come join in and learn and grow with others.
If you find yourself shutting down, overreacting, or constantly taking care of others, this space is for you.
In this group, you will find a supportive environment to practice new skills, gain self-awareness, and connect with others who wish to grow and learn. -
Each session is designed to help you build self-awareness, regulate emotions, and strengthen relationships in a supportive group setting.
Through lessons, guided discussions, experiential exercises, you’ll practice real life skills like setting boundaries, managing triggers and practicing self-compassion so you can respond to life’s challenges in a way that aligns with who you aspire to be.
Most importantly, you’ll connect with others who are on this journey, too! -
Group therapy is an 8-week commitment, providing a structured and supportive space for lasting growth and change.
Sessions are held weekly on Tuesdays from 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM, giving you the time and space to truly engage in the work.
The cost is $100 per session, with payment due at the start of each session.
To maintain the safety and effectiveness of the group experience, participants are expected to commit to attending each session, as consistency fosters trust, connection, and deeper healing.
This investment in yourself includes expert-led guidance, hands-on exercises, and a community of support to help you navigate real-life challenges with confidence.
